On July 22, 2023 we’ll be in Pamlico, SC for the Local Author Showcase including a book talk, Q & A and book signing featuring local authors.

6/1/23: Join us at the Myrtle Beach Vendor Market June 10th & 11th! Grumpy and I will be there with mystery books and walking sticks.


4/25/23: Physical therapy is over for my arm and there’s a new book in the works…a Valentine’s mystery. I was originally slated to attend Mom’s Day Out on May 6 in Myrtle Beach with fellow authors, but the venue was overbooked so they offered us two free booths for future events in exchange for giving up our booth. So look for us there later this year!


2/20/23: Much like Gracie, I’m a klutz! I fell and broke my elbow in late January and had to have surgery. I was amazed at all the wonderful people who came to my aid…Florence City Center Farmers Market vendors and personnel, paramedics, and emergency room staff at McLeod. I had planned to attend the Black Creek Literary Festival in Darlington on March 4 but will have to skip it this year. Thank you to everyone who sent well wishes!

6/20/22: Book 8 – Bistro Peppermint Mocha Mystery is finally complete! Gracie is enlisted to help a pharmaceutical company with a cybersecurity breach.


1/18/22: A new year, and a new book in the works! The new book has a coffee-themed title. Be sure to visit us on Feb 19 at the Black Creek Literary Festival to find out more!

12/14/19: The Doctors Bruce and Lee Foundation Library in Florence, SC hosted the Pee Dee Author Expo with 17 local authors. Everyone who bought 3 or more Baker Street Bistro Mysteries got a free jeweled ornament!

11/30/19: Thanks to everyone who came out to visit on Small Business Saturday at Dolce Vita Cafe & More! Author Georgia Griebel Gates also celebrated the end of her chemotherapy with one of Dolce Vita’s cocktails!


11/23/19: Baker Street Bistro Mysteries and Gathering author Dianne Poston Owens had a booth at the Hemingway Street Dance in Hemingway, SC! It was a wonderful event with food, music and fun.


11/21/19: Had a great time at the Christmas Open House at The Driggers House in Scranton, SC. Enjoyed signing books and meeting some great folks!


10/30/19: The Bistro Guild Mystery (Book 4) and The Bistro Christmas Mystery (Book 5) are complete!

The Bistro Guild Mystery: Can Gracie manage a hurricane on top of extortion and murder? This case hits a little too close to home.

The Bistro Christmas Mystery: After the Bistro Gang’s Christmas celebration is spoiled by murder, Gracie faces a new year full of puzzling events.

8/3/19: Books 4 and 5 in the series are coming soon! Book 4, “The Bistro Guild Mystery” is complete and just waiting on a cover. Book 5, “The Bistro Christmas Mystery” is almost done as well.

1/24/19: The Baker Street Bistro Mysteries are now on sale at the Elephant Ear Gallery in Sumter, South Carolina. I plan to be there for their tea on February 7th. They have lots of wonderful gift items along with books.
